The London cutlery began with an old cutlery that the author found at a small flea market in London.The cutlery with Europe's unique cutlery form, traces of time, and stories is newly reinterpreted with ceramic materials.It is lightweight and good to use in desserts.

[Precautions before purchasing]

Due to the nature of the cutlery manufacturing process, unlike the kiln firing method of general ceramics, cutlery is a method of firing by hanging it on a ceramic rod, and there is no glaze (hole part).
When removed from the ceramic rod after kiln firing, there are some holes and traces in the ring.The slip (soil) on the back of the cutlery can create a very small breathing hole.
Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, fine bumps, glaze stains, lumps of glaze, small air holes generated in the soil, and black spots caused by iron are natural phenomena that occur during the production process and are not subject to exchange or refund.
This product is fired at a high temperature of 1250 degrees and can be used in a microwave oven or dishwasher.
If the package of the product is opened and the value of the product is lost due to damage to the packaging and product, exchange or refund is not possible.
The color of the product may vary depending on the monitor screen setting and contrast, and there may be a slight difference from the actual product.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
- The delivery time and cost vary depending on the country and type of product.
- Most items are shipped by EMS courier to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
- We aim to prepare and ship out your order within 4 weeks of receiving it, however please take into consideration that some orders may take more than 4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Customs and Import Duties
- Buyers are responsible for any local taxes and import duties that may be charged when the shipment arrvies at the destination country.
- Please be aware that local taxes and import duties are levied by the destination country, following their local import policies, and we do not have any control over them.
- If the recipient refuses to pay local taxes and import duties, the order will not be shipped and returned to Korea. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping fees, customs, and etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancelling Your Order
- To cancel your order before we ship, you MUST notify us the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service.
- For any cancellations requested after 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
