- Print Bakery currently ships to 15 countries. If you are located somewhere we do not ship to, you are welcome to contact us and we will see if we can find a solution for you.
- Print Bakery cannot guarantee how long a shipment takes to arrive and IS NOT responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- The delivery time and cost vary depending on the country and type of product.
- Most items are shipped by EMS courier to ensure safe and speedy delivery.
- We aim to prepare and ship out your order within 4 weeks of receiving it, however please take into consideration that some orders may take more than 4 weeks for processing and delivery.
- If your order is urgent or have specific date you need to receive your order, please contact our customer service before you place an order.
- Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when you place your order. We ARE NOT responsible for any loss and/or misplacement of products(or packages) caused by incorrectly stated address.
Customs and Import Duties
- Buyers are responsible for any local taxes and import duties that may be charged when the shipment arrvies at the destination country.
- Please be aware that local taxes and import duties are levied by the destination country, following their local import policies, and we do not have any control over them.
- If the recipient refuses to pay local taxes and import duties, the order will not be shipped and returned to Korea. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping fees, customs, and etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Due to the iron content present in the soil, which is the raw material of ceramics, fine black spots and small breathing holes can be formed.Gold products may have uneven gold, such as fine scratches and brush marks, due to hand painting.
This product is manufactured at a high temperature of 1250 degrees, so it can be used in a dishwasher and microwave oven with strong strength and durability.However, the use of a dishwasher or microwave is prohibited for gold-painted products.
